Privacy Policy

Last updated 16 July 2026. Your privacy matters — here's how we handle your data.

01Overview

This Privacy Policy explains what data Aureum collects, why we collect it, and the choices you have. We aim to collect as little as possible and to be clear about what we do with it.

02Data we collect

Depending on how you use the Platform, we may collect:

  • Wallet address and on-chain transaction history, which are inherently public.
  • Contact details you provide (name, email) when you message us or apply to a role.
  • Shipping details you provide when redeeming a physical card.
  • Basic device and usage analytics to keep the Platform secure and reliable.

03How we use data

We use the data above to:

  • Operate the marketplace and settle transactions.
  • Fulfil redemptions and ship physical cards.
  • Respond to your enquiries and provide support.
  • Detect fraud and comply with legal obligations.

04Legal bases

Where the GDPR applies, we process data on the bases of contract performance, legitimate interests (security and product improvement), consent (where requested), and legal obligation.

05Sharing

We share data only with service providers who help us run the Platform — such as vaulting, shipping, authentication and analytics partners — under contractual confidentiality obligations. We do not sell your personal data.

06Retention

We keep personal data only as long as needed for the purposes above or as required by law. On-chain data is permanent and outside our control.

07Your rights

Subject to your jurisdiction, you may have the right to access, correct, delete or port your personal data, and to object to certain processing. To exercise these rights, contact privacy@aureum.market.

08Security

We use encryption in transit, access controls and regular reviews to protect personal data. No system is perfectly secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
