How much does redemption cost?
Redemption is free on the token itself — you only pay insured shipping, calculated at request time based on destination and declared value.
How long does it take?
Cards are pulled and packed within two business days. Delivery time then depends on your location and chosen courier — typically 2–7 days.
Can I re-tokenize later?
Yes. Send the card back to the vault, and after re-inspection and grading it can be re-tokenized and listed again.
