Terms of Service

Last updated 16 July 2026. Please read these terms carefully before using Aureum.

01Acceptance of terms

By accessing or using Aureum (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform. These terms form a binding agreement between you and Aureum.

02Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally able to enter into contracts to use the Platform. You are responsible for ensuring that your use complies with the laws of your jurisdiction, including any restrictions on digital assets.

03Accounts & wallets

Transactions settle through a self-custodial wallet that you control. You are solely responsible for safeguarding your wallet, private keys and recovery phrases. Aureum never has custody of your keys and cannot recover them or reverse a settled transaction.

04Tokens & backing assets

Each token represents ownership of a specific physical card held in a bonded vault, backed 1:1. Holding a token entitles you to redeem the corresponding physical card subject to the redemption process and applicable fees. Tokens are not securities and are not offered as investments.

05Fees

The Platform may charge marketplace, redemption and shipping fees, disclosed before you confirm a transaction. Network gas fees are paid by you directly to the network and are outside Aureum's control.

06Prohibited conduct

You agree not to use the Platform to:

  • Break any applicable law or regulation, including sanctions and anti-money-laundering rules.
  • Manipulate markets, wash-trade, or engage in fraudulent activity.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Platform or interfere with its operation.
  • Infringe the intellectual-property or other rights of any third party.

07Disclaimers

The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. Digital assets are volatile and involve risk. Aureum does not guarantee the value, liquidity or future price of any asset. Nothing on the Platform is financial, legal or tax advice.

08Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Aureum is not liable for any indirect, incidental or consequential damages, or for losses arising from your use of digital assets, wallet compromise, or network conditions.

09Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with a revised effective date. Continued use of the Platform after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
